Abstract:In order to assess the security risk of the energy storage system based on the reconfigurable secondary battery, it is necessary to identify and prioritize the related risks, and thereby find out the most threatening risk information to carry out targeted prevention. In this paper, the precursory information theory is introduced to identify the precursor information that may trigger a security incident, and the basic cloud analytic model are improved to eliminate the randomness caused by human and subjective factors existing in the TOPSIS algorithm when sorting multiple decision indicators. Three indicators "predictability", "urgency" and "flexibility" are added to the evaluation information of the cloud analytic decision matrix from "probability" and "impact", and a TOPSIS algorithm based on an improved cloud analytic model and combined weighting is developed to sort the precursory information under multiple decision indicators. Finally, the simulation is conducted, and the sorting results are analyzed and compared, which show that the proposed algorithm is more accurate in sorting the precursor information of the reconfigurable secondary battery energy storage system, overcomes the drawbacks of the traditional TOPSIS algorithm.
