摘    要:能源互联网的建设及可持续运行需要合理的商业模式来支撑,在现有的能源分配、销售体制下提出一种具有可操作性的商业模式,实现能源互联网创造的价值在多投资主体和用户之间进行合理分配,促进各方积极参与能源互联网的投资与运营。提出了一种基于综合能源系统价值分析的能源互联网运营商定价方法,首先通过构建数学模型的方法定量计算能源互联网综合能源系统相对于传统能源系统创造的价值,再将能源互联网创造的价值以一定的比例在运营商和用户之间进行分配,可根据具体需求形成相应的商业模式和定价方案。使用山西省某综合能源系统的实际数据进行了实证分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:A reasonable business model is essential to the construction and sustainable operation of energy internet. This paper aims to propose a practicable business model to realize rational distribution of value created by energy internet among multiple investors and consumers, which is helpful to promote them to participate actively in the investment and operation of energy internet. This paper presents a pricing method for energy internet operators on the basis of the value analysis of multi-energy systems (MES). Firstly, the value created by MES compared with traditional energy systems is calculated quantitatively by establishing mathematical model. Then, the created value is distributed among the operators and consumers in a certain proportion, which is based on specific cases, resulting in corresponding business model and tariff. Finally, a case study is carried out on the basis of the actual data of an MES in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
