Abstract:From the perspective of load, a situation orientation method of active distribution network based on incentive demand response is proposed in this paper. First, a model of total supply capacity model for active distribution network based on incentive demand response is proposed. Then an index system of security situation assessment for active distribution network is established, in which the power-supply ability is taken as the primary basis and different factors of active distribution network are comprehensively considered, such as system power-supply reliability, system security, and distributed generation output fluctuations, etc. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is adopted to obtain the early warning value of the network before and after the incentive demand response.Finally, the extended IEEE RBTS-bus4 system is simulated and analyzed, and the results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the operation status of active distribution network, and enhance the security and defense capabilities of the system.
