Discussion on Calibration Method of Ultraviolet Fluorescence Natural Gas Total Sulfur Analyzer

For the verification and calibration of ultraviolet fluorescence analyzer for analyzing total sulfur content in natural gas,China has not formulated corresponding verification regulations or calibration specifications.Referring to the existing similar calibration specifications and combined with the application practice of ultraviolet fluorescence total sulfur analyzer in the detection of total sulfur content of natural gas,the calibration items and calibration methods for evaluating total sulfur analyzer are proposed,including indication error,repeatability,detection limit and consistency,and through instrument calibration examples and uncertainty evaluation examples,the feasibility and applicability of the calibration methods in the corresponding instruments are verified,and satisfactory results are obtained,in order to provide reference for the formulation of verification regulation or calibration specification of ultraviolet fluorescence total sulfur analyzer.
