摘    要:基于低压配变台区严重的电能质量问题,提出一种低压配变台区负荷及无功智能平衡实现方法。给出了基于改进九域法的终端用户分散式无功补偿策略;建立了以三相负荷不平衡度最小、低压负荷相间切换次数最少的多目标最优负荷换相数学模型,运用多目标二进制粒子群优化算法求解该数学模型,建立了负荷三相不平衡控制策略,通过上述方法实现了负荷及无功智能平衡。最后通过仿真算例验证了智能平衡控制算法的可靠性。

Abstract:In light of the severe power quality problem in a low-voltage distribution area,a method to realize the intelligent balance between load and reactive power in the low-voltage distribution area is proposed in this paper.A decentralized reactive power compensation strategy for end-users is given based on an improved nine-zone method;a mathemati?cal model of multi-objective optimal load commutation with minimum three-phase load imbalance and minimum switching between low-voltage loads is established.A binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve this model,and a three-phase load imbalance control strategy is proposed.Through the above method,the intelligent balance of load and reactive power is realized.Finally,the reliability of the intelligent balance control algorithm is verified by a simulation example.
