摘    要:针对低压配电网中存在的三相负荷不平衡分配对配电网设备和用户优质用电带来的严重影响,本文设计了一种基于瞬时无功控制的功率平衡优化算法及装置。首先分析并选择瞬时对称分量法作为控制策略来实现实时补偿不平衡电流中的负序、零序电流,然后通过搭建仿真和实验平台验证控制策略的正确性,最后选取地区典型台区挂网运行。实验结果表明,该装置具有良好的控制性能,能有效提升电能质量,提高台区功率因数;同时采用GPRS无线通信和后台监控软件实时监测,为台区负荷的状态调整提供参考信息。

Abstract:Considering that the unbalanced distribution of three-phase loads in a low-voltage distribution network gives rise to a serious impact on the devices in the distribution network and the high-quality power consumption by users,a power balance optimization algorithm and the corresponding device were designed based on instantaneous reactive power control. First,the instantaneous symmetrical component method was analyzed,and it was further selected as a control strategy to realize the negative- and zero-sequence currents in the real-time compensation of unbalanced current. Then, through building simulation and experimental platforms,the correctness of the control strategy was proved. Finally,typical power-station networks under operation were selected. The operation results showed that the designed device had better control performance,and it can effectively improve the power quality as well as the power factor;with the use of GPRS wireless communication and the real-time detection of background monitoring software,the system can provide reference information about the adjustment of loads in power-station networks.
