电子信息专业创新型应用工程师培养途径研究

近年来信息产业作为国民经济主体得到迅猛发展,培养电子信息专业创新型应用工程师人才成为经济发展的迫切任务。在"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的背景下,从电子信息专业培养人才方面的要求,结合应用型本科院校的特色,从培养专业创新型应用工程师角度作为切入点,以工作过程为导向、工学结合、校企合作,提高学生创新能力和实践能力,探索创新型应用卓越工程师培养的有效途径和实施办法。

Research on cultivating measures of the creative applied engineer in electronic information major

As one of the pillar industry electronic information industry has developed unprecedentedly in these years,thus the cultivating of the innovative applied engineer talents in electronic information major has become one of the urgent missions in the economic development.Based on the "the education and training plan for the outstanding engineers",this paper in terms of the requirements for the information professionals,combines with the features for the application-oriented universities,takes the cultivating of innovative applied engineer as the starting point,takes the working process as the orientation,integrates study with work,school with enterprise,enhances students’ innovative and practical ability,explores the effective approach and implementation measures in applied engineer talents.
