茶叶中有害元素As、Ba、Cd、Pb的卫生学研究

摘    要:为研究茶叶中4种有害元素As、Ba、Cd、Pb的含量及溶出率对人体健康的影响,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定了茶叶中As、Ba、Cd、Pb四种有害元素的含量,应用茶叶中可溶态元素的溶出方法,测定了四种元素的溶出率及可溶态钡的化学形态,并对饮茶摄入四种元素进行了卫生学评价。研究结果表明:人们以饮茶方式摄入四种有害元素的量,不会对健康造成危害。

Abstract:In order to assess the levels of As\,Ba\,Cd\,Pb ingestion through intake of tea,studies were conducted with ten different brands of tea commonly available in Chinese market.Content of As\,Ba\,Cd\,Pb in tea were determined by inductively coupled plasma -optical emission spectrometry (ICP\|OES).Also the extraction percents of these elements in boiling water infusion of tea were measured and the species of Ba were analysed.It is concluded that As\,Ba\,Cd\,Pb ingestion through intake of tea don't creat any risk for human health.
