| 摘 要： | 针对某厂不锈钢在后续加工中出现的“麻点”缺陷，用电子探讨（EPMA）对缺陷做了形貌，定量及面扫描分析，得出了初步结论，为生产高的表面质量的不锈钢制品提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Directed at arisening rough spot disfigurement of stainless steel behind process in some works, a primary conclusion has been obtained by using EPMA to analyze the morphology, quantitative and surface scan, providing experimental gist to produce good surface quality of stainless steel products. |
