基于MATLAB的剃齿刀设计参数的优化

摘    要:剃齿刀是齿轮加工中的精加工刀具之一,选择最优的剃齿刀参数对提高齿轮加工效率和加工质量起着很大作用。通过MATLAB工具箱对剃齿刀设计参数进行优化,使其啮合时达到最大重叠系数并且接近整数,通过实例证明了优化后的参数可以大大提高了齿轮的承载能力,延长其使用寿命。

Abstract:The shaving cutter is one of the finishing tools in the gear cutting tools. How to choose the optimal shaving cutter parameters is crucial to improve efficiency and processing quality of the gear processing. The designing parameters of shaving cutter were optimized by MATLAB tools to implement the maximum degree of overlap and to make the degree of overlap closest to integer. The example proved that the optimized parameters can greatly improve the carrying capacity of the gear, extending its life.
