聚氨酯预聚体可聚合乳化剂用于苯丙复合乳液的研究

摘    要:将所合成的聚氨酯预聚体可聚合乳化剂 (APUA)应用于苯乙烯 (St)和丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)复合乳液聚合体系中 ,研究了乳化剂浓度及不同种类引发剂对聚合体系的影响 ,用电子透射显微镜 (TEM)观测了乳胶粒的形态、尺寸 ,并测定了乳胶膜的耐水性及力学性能。结果显示 ,当可聚合乳化剂 (APUA)用量适合时 ,使用水溶性引发剂可以制得稳定性很好的苯丙乳液 ,而且这种胶乳成膜后有相当好的耐水性及力学性能

Abstract:Anionic urethane prepolymer polymerizable emulsifying agent synthesized was applied to emulsion copolymerization of styrene and butyl acrylate. Study was made of the effects of concentration of emulsifying agent and various kinds of initiators on polymerization stability.Morphology and size of latex particles were observed with Transmission Electron Microscope and water repellancy and mechanical properties of latex film were determined.The results showed that styrene-butyl acrylate emulsion of good stability could be prepared using water soluble initiator when polymerizable emulsifying agent was in appropriate content and the film formed from this latex had quite a good water repellancy and mechanical properties.
