摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)溶胀含丙烯酸 β 羟丙酯 (HPA)的自乳化阴离子型聚氨酯 (PU)乳液 ,自由基共聚合得到PU MMA复合乳液。通过粒度分布仪 (PCS) ,透射电镜 (TEM)和旋转粘度计研究了乳液性能随着MMA含量的变化。研究表明 ,复合乳液的粒径增大 ,粒径分散度下降 ,粒子刚性增强 ,使粒子形态规整。此外 ,在不同剪切应力作用下 ,PU乳液和PU MMA复合乳液均呈假塑性流体

Abstract:Polyurethane acrylate compounded emulsions were synthesised by radical copolymerization after anionic self emulsified polyurethane emulsions containing 2 hydroxy propane acrylate were swelled with methyl methacrylate.The emulsion performed with varying of MMA content wes studied by means of photon correlation spectroscopy(PCS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and rotating cylinder viscometer(RCV).As particle size of the compounded emulsion increased with the increase of MMA content,particle polydispersity decreased and the morphology of emulsion particle turned to be globular.Inaddition,both polyurethane emulsion and polyurethane acrylate emulsion were in pseudoplastic fluidity under varying shearing force.
