摘    要:对一种SiC颗粒增强铝合金基复合材料的锻造和挤压成形性能进行了研究,绘制了该材料的锻造成形极限图。研究了塑性成形对该材料微观组织的影响和成形的力能变化规律,结果表明:该材料的塑性变形是通过基体的塑性变形来实现的;在热变形时,SiC颗粒能够通过转动来调整方位,形成沿金属流动方向的定向分布;塑性成形有助于细化SiC颗粒,促进颗粒的均匀分布;材料在热锻时存在一强化极限,与此强化极限对应的变形程度随锻造温度的降低而增大;材料的成形极限与变形温度和变形速度等条件有关。

THE STUDY OF FORMING PERFORMANCE OF THE METAL MATRIX COMPOSITES REINFORCED WITH SIC PARTICLES

Abstract:Forgeability and extrudability of an aluminium alloy matrix composite reinforced with SiC particles are studied.Forgeability figure of the material is drawn up.The influence of plastic forming on the microstructures of the material and the law of the material energy transformation in the forming prcesses are investigated.The experimental results indicate that the metal matrix suffers all of the plastic deformations in the processes.The position of particles can be adjusted by their rotation in the hot deformation,so that the particles are distributed in the direction of the metal flow.The particles can be fined and uniformly distributed with the help of plastic deformation.There is a strengthening limit in hot forging processes and the forming extent associated with the limit will increase as the forging temperature decreases.The forming limit of the materials depends on formimg temperature,deformation rate and so on.
