球面压料面对方盒形件成形的影响

摘    要:大型覆盖件成形的主要问题是毛坯悬空部分的起皱与破裂,对该部分毛坯的正确而有效的控制主要通过压料面来实现。因此压料面是覆盖件成形中的工艺要素。本文实验研究了压料面形式对方盒形件拉深变形的影响,得到平面、凸球面、凹球面形状压料面对成形力、成形极限、应变分布的影响规律。

Abstract:The major problems in large covering-parts forming are wrinkle and breakage of blank in the suspending area Properly and effectivly controlling of deformation of such part is realized through blank-hold surface,which is the key technology factor in covering-parts forming In this paper,the effect of shape of blank-hold surface on the drawing deformation of square box parts is studied,and the influence of such blank-hold surface as plane、up-spherical surface and down-spherical surface in forming load,forming limits,and distribution of strain is achieved
