液态模锻力学成形理论的确立及其评价

摘    要:液态模锻理论是对高压下结晶凝固和塑性变形下强制补缩复合过程的认识。它涉及金属学、传热学和塑性力学理论,并以此为基础,交叉发展而成。在热和力并存在系统中,发生液固转变、塑性变形等复杂现象,对其规律的认识和描述使其形成自身的全新理论。本文就哈尔滨工业大学霍文灿教授指导下的液态模锻课题组所做的液态模锻力学成形理论研究和取得的成果作一评价,以促进液态模锻理论的研究和发展。

Abstract:The theory of liquid metal die forging is the understanding of the process which combines solidification under high pressure with forced feeding by plastic deformation.It is related to metallurgy,thermology,and the theory of plasticity and developed on the basis of them.In the thermo-mechanical system,there occurs such phenomena as luquid-solid phase transformation and plastic deformation.Therefore,understanding and describing the characteristics laws and of the process forms a new theory.The present paper evaluats the achievements in thie field fulfilled by the research group headed by prof.Huo Wencan of HIT so as to promote the research and development of the theory of liquid metal die forging.
