新型脂肪族磺酸基强酸型阳离子交换树脂的合成

摘    要:以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体、CuCl/N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为催化体系,氯乙酰化聚苯乙烯微球(PS-acyl-Cl)为大分子引发剂,经原子转移自由基聚合反应(ATRP),于微球表面接枝聚脂肪族磺酸(PAMPS)链段获得脂肪族磺酸基强酸性阳离子交换树脂(PS-g-PAMPS).考察了反应温度、溶剂体系、pH 值、催化剂、反应时间等条件对接枝反应的影响,在优化的反应条件下,使用氯乙酰基担载量为3.82 mmol?g?1的 PS-acyl-Cl,10 h 可获得担载量为1.99 mmol?g?1的 PS-g-PAMPS.产物经过红外,元素分析表征.该 PS-g-PAMPS 较传统的磺酸基树脂有较长的手臂长度,位阻小,易于和其它物质反应,TG 分析显示具有很好的热稳定性.

Abstract:A novel aliphatic sulfonic acid ion exchange resin was prepared by grafting the chloroacetyl styrene-divinyl benzene copolymer microspheres(PS-acyl-Cl),with 2-acrylamido-2-methylproane sulfonic acid(AMPS) via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) methodology.The grafting reaction of AMPS was initiated on the chloroacetyl groups of the PS-acyl-Cl,with CuCl and N,N,N?,N?-tetramethyl ethylenediamine(TMEDA) complex as catalyst system.The prepared resin has a longer chain than conventional sulfonic polystyrene resin,that is,the former is easier to react with other compound and shows good thermal stability.The effect of the kind of solvent used,catalyst amount,the reaction time,reaction temperature and the pH on reaction result of grafting were discussed.Under the optimum condition,the maximum loading of the prepared sulfonic acid ion exchange resin could be up to 1.99 mmol?g?1 resin.The product was characterized by FT-IR and elemental analysis.
