Al2O3超细粉体在有机介质中的稳定性控制

摘    要:讨论了超细粉体在有机介质中所得悬浮液的稳定机制 ,并以氧化铝系统为例 ,结合流延成形工艺讨论了溶剂种类、分散剂结构以及微量水存在对系统稳定性的影响 ,介绍了流延成形中常用的溶剂系统和分散剂。

Abstract:The fundamental aspects related to the stability of ultrafine powders in nonaqueous media were discussed.Taking the stability of alumina slip for tape-casting as an example,the effect of solvent,dispersant and trace amounts of water on the system was discussed.Some important solvents and dispersants for tape-casting processing were also introduced.
