某小电厂三次全厂性停电事故的分析

摘    要:大多数小电厂一次设备相对薄弱,存在一次接线复杂、保护配置不到位等问题。在保护整定值计算上配合难度较大,结合多年小电厂保护整定计算的工作经验,以阳光电厂3次全厂停电事故为案例,从保护定值的角度,通过理论分析提出了补救方案,能够保证在故障情况下,即使与系统解列也不致造成全厂失电。为同类型问题解决方案的制定提供了参考。
