摘    要:1963年对于中国超硬材料行业来说,是一个值得永远怀念并载入史册的年份。这一年,中国科学家打破国际封锁和技术断垄,成功地合成出我国第一颗人造金刚石,一举成为世界上为数不多的掌握此项技术的国家之一。经过40年的发展,特别是近5年的高速发展,使我国成为世界上超硬材料第一生产大国。我们现在所使用的生产技术都是多年来自主研究开发的。数以千计的“千吨级”六面砧压机的投入运营,高压腔的扩大,产量的大幅度提高;应用粉末法合成金刚石范围的逐步扩大;具有自主知识产权的“年轮式”两面砧装置及其合成高品级金刚石技术的掌握;纳米金刚石单晶,多晶合成技术的深入研究及其产业化应用初见成效;立方氮化硼产量快速增长及新品种的不断增加等,充分展示中国超硬材料工业正向更高水平和更新的方向发展。

Abstract:1963 is a memorable year and an illustrious page of history for China's superabrasive industry. Breaking the international technique block and monopoligation, Chinese scientists synthesized successfully its first man-made diamond. After 40 years' development, especiall owing to the latest 5 years' fast development, China has grown into the biggest production country of synthetic diamond. Supported by our own research achievements, many new techniques have been developed and put into application, such as: spread of cubic press of thousand tonnage ; enlargement of high-pressure chamber size; synthesis of diamond from carbon powder instead of carbon slices; patented belt-press apparatus and high-grade diamond synthesis technique; single crystal, polycrystal and film of nano-diamond as well as their industrial production; cubic boron nitride and related products as well as their industrial production.
