线性锥形衣架机头流率分布数值模拟

摘    要:给出了预测线性锥形歧管衣架机头出口流率分布的计算程序,研究了影响出口流率分布的相关因素。模拟结果表明:衣架机头的出口流率分布与机头的几何参数和材料的物性参数都有关系,其中调节块区的缝隙高对出口流率分布的影响最大;基于流动指数n为常数而设计的衣架机头,如果没有调节块的调节作用是很难满足实际生产需要的。

Abstract:The computer-aided engineering analysis of a linearly tapered coat-hanger die is(described).A new numerical approach is presented for analyzing the distribution of flow from linearly tapered coat-hanger die.The method assumes that the flow is isothermal and that the material is a truncated power-law fluid.In addition,an empirical formula is given.This empirical formula is used to describe the flow index dependence of the shear rate and the temperature about certain specified LDPE(F702) under the temperature from 413K to 517K and the shear rate between10~(-1)s~(-1)and 10~3s~(-1).With the numerical approach and the empirical formula,the influencing factors for flow distribution have(also) been examined.
