| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型柱销式快开门压力容器,通过接触单元来模拟柱销与销孔的接触过程,建立了基于整体有限元应力分析和应力分类评定的分析设计方法。大量工程设计表明,按该方法设计的压力容器满足结构强度和疲劳寿命的要求。

| Abstract: | A new type quick-opening pin pressure vessel was presented,the connection process of its pin and hole was simulated through the connection unit,the analysis design method based on the integrated finite element stress analysis and stress classification evaluation was founded.Many engineering designs show that the vessels designed based on the method could satisfy the requirements of structure strength and fatigue life. |
