无锈蚀锚索的试验研究

无锈蚀锚索是探矿工艺研究所最近研制的一种新型非金属锚索。通过对国内外锚索索体、承压垫板、外锚具、附属零部件、张拉装置、锚索整体结构及锚索施工工艺的研究，以及两轮现场试验，结果表明无锈蚀锚索以其独特的性能，在特殊锚固环境中锚固，比钢锚索更有效、更可靠，因此具有极大的市场潜力。

Experimental study on non rusting anchor cables

Rust-free anchor cable is a new type of non-metallic anchor cable recently developed by the Institute of Prospecting Technology. Through the study of domestic and foreign anchor cable body, pressure pad, external anchorage, ancillary components, tensioning device, the overall structure of the anchor cable and anchor cable construction process, as well as two rounds of field tests, the results show that the non-corrosive anchor cable, with its unique performance, anchored in a special anchoring environment, is more effective and reliable than the steel anchors, and therefore has a great potential for the market!
