| 摘 要： | 在煤矿系统事故高发的今天,如何提高作业的适时监控、全面掌握不良因素的变化,降低事故发生率,成为亟待解决的首要问题。介绍了在视频监控系统中语音报警技术的一种实时、高效的实现方法。该方法采用计算机电信集成(CTI)技术,通过电话语音卡自动连接计算机和电话机,当监控对象有报警信号上传时,系统能及时向相关人员发出报警信息,采取相应措施加以解决。介绍了其系统结构和技术原理。

| Abstract: | In the coal mine system, there is a tendency to adopt multimedia video monitoring to realize integration. A real - time and effective method is put forward for implementing voice alarm technology in a video monitoring system. By employing the CTI technology, a telephone is automatically connected to a computer via the voice board. When an alarm signal comes, the system can send out alarm information to the relevant people in time. Introduces the system structure and the principles of the technology. |
