建德市农民饮用水安全与饮水工程管理

针对建德市农民饮水存在水质时刻受到威胁、水量不足和保证率不高等饮水不安全的问题,提出解决农民饮水安全的几点措施,第一、水源布局的选择要合理;第二、要根据农村的需要和承受能力确定工程规模和标准,要广泛听取群众意见选择工程形式和建设方式;第三、要统筹规划、因地制宜、水量水质并重,防治结合,工程措施与非工程措施结合;第四、加强水质检测建设.并对饮水工程管理建设中和建设后管理提出了几点建议.

Drinking Water Security and Water Management for Farmers

Fresh water supplying in Jiande for farmers is always under the threat of water shortage and water unsafety. The article proposes some responding solutions to the issues of the drinking water for rural people, that is, setting reasonable water distribution network, choosing the proper scale of project and standard, as well as suitable forms of engineering and construction in order to meet the needs of fresh water for rural people, making out an overall plan according to local conditions with large quantity and good quality, and strength- ening water quality testing. And some suggestions on the management after construction for drinking water project are also pointed out.
