铸铁烘缸的定期检验和安全评定

摘    要:对烘缸定期检验中发现的表面裂纹进行了铆补,并通过应力强度因子理论对缺陷进行安全评定.结果表明,经过铆补和断裂力学的方法进行安全评定后,烘缸仍有足够的安全裕度,在正常工况下运行是安全的,不会发生失效.实践证明,该方法可以在含缺陷铸铁烘缸安全评定中应用.

Abstract:Surface crack which was found in the periodical inspection of the cast iron dryer was riveted and the defect was assessed through the stress intensity factor theory.The results show that the cast iron dryer has adequate safety margins by riveting and safety assessment through the fracture mechanics theory and that the cast iron dryer operated safely under the normal condition.The practice has proved that this method is feasible in the safety assessment of cast iron dryer with defect.
