氧压酸浸在云南某低品位硫化锌矿的应用

摘    要:对云南省某复杂低品位硫化锌矿进行了氧压酸浸的小型试验研究,考察了浸出温度、时间和氧气压力等闲素的影响。试验结果表明,在优化的试验条件下,锌浸出率可达97.5%以上,终点酸度可控制在15.0g/L左右,铁浓度可控制在5g/L以下。

Abstract:Study on lab-scale pressure oxidative acid leaching test for a complex low-grade zinc sulphide ore in Yunnan was carried out, which the influences of the leaching temperature, time, oxygen partial pressure have been investigated. The test results showed that the zinc leaching rate can be above 97.5%, the terminal acidity and the iron concentration can be respectively controlled around 15.0g/L and under 5g/L under the optimized test condition.
