长潭水库除险加固工程简介

长潭水库是浙江省一座大型水库，建造于“大跃进”时期，至今运行了37年，由于种种原因，水库各项水工建筑物不同程度的存在安全隐患，制约了水库效益的发挥。2002年水利部将其列入病险水库，并实施除险加固工程。工程的主要内容为塑性砼防渗墙，采用两钻一抓法。本文主要介绍了该除险加固工程的必要性和实施情况。

Changtan Reservoir Danger-preventing Reinforcement Project

As a big reservoir located in Zhejiang province, Changtan Reservoir established in 1950s. Because of its long working span of 37 years, in many hydro - structures there exists various degrees of hidden danger, which conditioning the work of reservoir. In 2002 ministry of water resources listed it into the dangerous rank and initiated the reinforcement engineering to avoid the potential danger, constructing elastic concrete wall in the dam. The paper explains the necessity and operation of this project.
