Abstract:Hexagonal phase Bi2Te3 nanoparticles were synthesized by solvothermal process,and Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 alloys were prepared via vacuum melting in a sealed glass tube.Ag2Te nanoparticles with average particle size of about 40 nm were also fabricated by solvothermal method.p-(Ag2Te)x(Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3)1-x alloy(x=0,0.025,0.05,0.075) was prepared through high-energy ball mill process by doping Ag2Te nanoparticles into Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 alloy and then bulk alloy was prepared by rapid hot-pressing sintering method.Effects of d...
