摘    要:宁波钢铁有限公司余能发电厂1#机组因凝汽器泄漏,海水进入热力系统造成水质不良,导致汽轮机结垢,影响机组出力。通过采取汽机低负荷清洗的方法,有效去除了汽轮机叶片上的盐垢,确保机组安全经济稳定运行。

Abstract:condenser leakage in the No.1 unit of the waste heat power plant of Ningbo Steel led to seawater entering the thermal power system to contaminate water quality and in turn caused scaling formation on the impellers of steam turbine, which affected the power output of the unit. The scaling of salt deposit was removed by taking the method of low-load cleaning, ensuring the safe, economic and stable operation of the unit.
