| 摘 要： | 采用分光光度计法分别测定了尿素中铁和缩二脲的吸收,结果铁含量和缩二脲含量均达到国家标准。同时用蒸馏后滴定法和甲醛法测定尿素中氮的含量。结果表明,蒸馏后滴定法虽然操作较繁琐,但得到的结果准确度高、精密度好;甲醛法测定原理简单,操作简便快速,适合精确度不高的常规测定。
