石灰乳制备系统工艺选择与设计

摘    要:通过对用于处理含重金属的酸性污水的石灰乳制备原料—石灰和消石灰、消化的原理与分类、主要设备和系统设计的分析,认为在石灰乳制备系统的设计中粉、块混合状物料适合采用常温消化工艺,粉状物料则适合采用中温消化工艺。

Process Selection and Design of Lime Milk Preparation System

Abstract:By analyzing raw materials of lime milk preparation used for processing acidic wastewater containing heavy metal (lime and slaked lime), principle and classification of digestion, design of main equipment and system, it considers that mixture materials of powder and block adopted in design of lime milk preparation system are suitable for normal temperature digestion process, and powder materials are suitable for moderate temperature digestion process.
