海装综合电源系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了某种海装综合电源的设计。该电源由高频DC/DC环节和SPWM逆变环节组成,可以同时输出直流24V和交流400Hz/115V正弦。由KA1525控制的DC/DC环节采用变压器隔离的推挽电路,通过反馈绕组控制输出电压。基于TMS320LF2407的DSP芯片实现了DC/AC环节的SPWM信号产生、电源的过流保护以及温度保护。

Abstract:The design of power supply system for sea equipment is presented,which is composed of a high frequency DC/ DC unit and a SPWM DC/AC unit.This system has two outputs:DC24V and AC40OHz/115V.The DC/DC is using KA1525 and the insolated push-pull topology to perform voltage transformation and feedback.The DSP chip of TMS320LF2407 realizes the generation of SPWM driving signal,and protection of circuit to avoid over-current and over- temperature.
