摘    要:钻井现场使用高密度钻井液时,加重剂消耗在总成本中会占到很高的比例,因此加重剂的回收再利用就成为降低钻井液维护成本的关键环节.由于钻进过程中会不断有劣质固相(低密度固相)进入钻井液体系中,导致回收加重剂纯度降低,常规离心机装置在高密度情况下又无法有效发挥劣质固相分离能力,因此会直接影响回收料的加重效果.亚甲基蓝吸附实验结果表明,采用清水洗涤方式回收加重材料能够有效清除回收物中的劣质固相.再加重实验结果表明,洗涤回收的加重材料基本上具有和工业品加重材料同样的加重效果,这一评价数据为加重剂的回收再利用提供了实验依据,并对钻井液中加重剂的回收方式进行了有益的探索.

Abstract:Weighting material accounts for high proportion in high density drilling fluid,so the recycling of weighting materialis the key to reduce cost of operation.The invasion of fine cuttings,reduces the purity of recycled weighting material,andnormal centrifuge is not able to clean up the fine cuttings.The experimental results of methylene blue adsorption testshow that washing with fresh water is the best way to clean up the fine cuttings effectively.Furthermore,the re-weightingexperiment shows that,the recycled weighting materials have the same weighting effect with normal products.
