| 摘 要： | 结合实际测量方法,建立了适合实时补偿的误差模型,并利用Fanuc数控系统"扩展的外部机械原点偏移"功能和FOCAS开发包针对装有Fanuc数控系统的机床进行了实验验证。结果表明,该方法能有效提高机床精度。

| Abstract: | In this article,establishes the error model based on the actual error measuring method and uses the function of extended external mechanical offset on Fanuc CNC system and FOCAS development kit to verify the error model.The result shows that this method can improve the precision of CNC machine tools effectively. |
