我国羰基法精炼镍技术的发展方向

摘    要:叙述了国外羰基法精炼镍的典型工艺流程,评述了常压法、中压法及高压法的优缺点。结合目前国内羰基法精炼镍的生产状况,总结多年的研究成果指出,我国镍资源的特点及所提供的合金最适合采用中压羰基法精炼镍工艺。

Abstract:This paper presents the typical process flow of overseas carbonyl nickel refining technology and reviews the merits and demerits of atmospheric pressure, medium-pressure and high-pressure carbonyl processes. In the light of the production status of the current carbonyl nickel refining process in China and after summing up of the research results over years, this paper points out that the medium-pressure carbonyl nickel refining process is most suitable in China according to the characteristics of our nickel resources and alloy from them.
