建筑物安全监测必要精度的确定方法

摘    要:当前确定建筑物变形观测必要精度的方法存在局限性,提出3个观点,基于观测误差不应影响对建筑物安危的判断,以允许变形值的安全度为依据较为合理;安全度应指结构验算中的强度储备;可将观测误差视作荷载误差,与其他影响结构强度的因素共同组合成结构强度偏差以反演观测精度指标。

Abstract:There is some limitation in the present methods about how to determine the necessarr accuracy of the deformation observation. Thepoint of view based on allowable deformation which is fashionable at home and abropd is still open to question in concept Three viewpoints are put forward in this paper. That the degree of safety is determined by allowable deformation is more reasonable when based on the determiation of building safety being not influenced by observation errors. The degree of safety should be the reserve of structural strength in structural checking computations. The observaton errors being regarded as load errors and other factors affecting structural strength make up the deviation of structral strength through which the index of observationaccuracy can be invesed
