摘    要:通过研究、分析二氧化氯对原料果农药残留(如甲胺磷、甲基对硫磷)的分解作用,依据原料果的清洗程序,设计了加药工序及清洗工艺,并对控制点(一榨浊汁)的农药残留进行了检测。测试结果表明:在原料果清洗的适当环节加入50~75mg/kg的二氧化氯,可有效地分解农药残留.

Abstract:On the basis of the study and analysis of the decomposing effect of chlorine dioxide on pesticide residues (e.g. methamidophos and methylparathion) in raw fruit and in accordance with the on-site cleaning process for raw fruit, the dosing process and cleaning technology were designed and pesticide residues at the control point (cloudy juice pressed out of crude fruit) were detected. The results indicated that adding 50~75 mg/kg chlorine dioxide at an appropriate point in raw fruit cleaning could effectively decompose the pesticide residues.
