摘    要:研究了聚丙烯在磁场作用下的熔融结晶过程.结果表明:聚合物在熔融状态下易受外磁场的作用而产生诱导偶极,结晶时与未经磁场作用的分子链有不同的构象.静磁场使聚合物球晶沿磁场方向被拉长,趋于定向结晶。同时在外磁场的“牵引”下,结晶区前沿形成“须状”附加结晶区,磁化作用使辐射状片晶由扭曲生长变为伸直生长,静磁场对聚合物形核有抑制作用,使其形核率降低而球晶尺寸增大,交变磁场对球晶形貌无显著影响,辐射状片晶由扭曲生长变为伸直生长,交变磁场对聚合物的结晶过程有电磁搅拌作用,使形核率增高而球晶尺寸减小.

Abstract:The morphology of polypropylene films in electromagnetic field was studied. The results showed that melting polymer is liable to be effected by electromagnetic field to form dipoles, and has different structure compared to absence of electromagnetic field. Spherulites are stretched by magnetostatic force and tend to align in the field direction,thus forming "beard-shape" region. Polarization effect causes the lamellar crystals to grow from twist to untwist. Magnetostatic field restrains nucleation, thus, crystal nucleus are decreased and spherulite size is increased. Alternating electromagnetic field has little effect on spherulite size but has stir function of promoting nucleation and refining spherulite size.
