摘    要:对某聚氨酯材料在漠河、万宁两地进行了5 a期的自然气候试验,考察了不同老化时间试样的外观形貌变化、微观形貌特征及力学性能变化规律.结果表明,随老化时间的增加,两地的聚氨酯材料均发生降解,试样出现表面粗糙、微观孔洞增加、力学性能下降等老化现象,且万宁地区的老化程度高于漠河地区;初步探讨了老化机理,发现除光降解、热氧降解外,还应考虑由水引起的降解.

Abstract:A five-year natural aging test of one polyurethane in Mohe and Wanning was conducted and the appearance changes, micro morphology transformation and mechanical properties variations of different periods were studied. Degradation happened as time lasts according to the results, there were rough surface, micro porosity and obvious drop of mechanical properties on the samples, the aging degree of samples in Wanning was higher than that in Mohe.
