摘    要:竹原纤维具有吸湿放湿性好,天然抗菌、抗紫外等优良性能,但竹子中的果胶、半纤维素、木质素等杂质影响了竹原纤维的可纺性,严重制约了竹原纤维在纺织行业的应用。文章通过正交实验设计,研究竹原纤维脱胶预处理主要工艺参数和脱胶效果的关系,并给出了脱胶的优化工艺参数。实验得出,浴比对于竹原纤维脱胶影响最大,时间次之,NaOH影响最小,说明在制取竹原粗纤维阶段应以大浴比、长时间为主。

Abstract:Bamboo fiber has good moisture conduction,natural antibacterial activity,anti-UV,and other excellent property,however the pectin,hemicellulose,lignin and other impurities in bamboo fiber affect its spinnability,and restrict application of bamboo fiber in textile industry.By orthogonal experimental design,this paper mainly studies the processing parameters on degumming in pretreatment process.Results show that bath ratio and time play very big roles,while the effect of concentration of NaOH is inevident.
