在概述国外高速公路军民两用项目建设基本情况的基础上,分析了国外高速公路军民两用项目建设要求和主要做法,并从加大宣传力度、建立高速公路建设贯彻军民两用要求的法规、制定高速公路贯彻国防要求技术标准、完善高速公路贯彻落实国防要求工作机制四个方面,提出了对我国高速公路建设贯彻国防要求的对策建议。

Foreign highway dual-use construction projects and enlightenments to our country

On the basis of overview of foreign highway dual-use project construction, the paper analyzed the foreign highway dual-use project con-struction requirements and main methods. The paper proposed to our country highway construction adapting to the requirements of national defense countermeasures from four aspects such as strengthening propaganda, to set up the law adapting to requirements of highway dual-use construction, to develop technical standards for highway carrying out the national defense requirements, to perfect the work mechanism of the implementation of the national defense highway requirements.
