| 摘 要： | 研究并扩展了业务流程系统动力学特征,给出了两组通用的业务流程监控特征参数集的定义和算法:平均特征参数集与动态特征参数集,前者描述业务流程或节点的平均动态情况后者描述其瞬时变动状态.在BPEL规范的基础上给出了一个BPM监控系统的接口与数据采集类设计,并以一个企业资产管理系统(EAM)流程实例分析了相关参数集在业务流程监控的应用.
