基于动力学特征的BPM监控系统设计与应用

摘    要:研究并扩展了业务流程系统动力学特征,给出了两组通用的业务流程监控特征参数集的定义和算法:平均特征参数集与动态特征参数集,前者描述业务流程或节点的平均动态情况后者描述其瞬时变动状态.在BPEL规范的基础上给出了一个BPM监控系统的接口与数据采集类设计,并以一个企业资产管理系统(EAM)流程实例分析了相关参数集在业务流程监控的应用.

Abstract:Dynamic features of business processes are studied and extended.The definition and algorithm of two sets of universal feature parameters for business process monitoring in a BPMS are presented,which are mean parameters set of features and dynamic parameters set of features,and the former represents the average dynamic status,while the latter represents the instantaneous change status of a process or one of the nodes in a process.The interface and classes for data collection for business process monitoring i...
