发动机涡轮叶片铸件综合数据模型的无纸化设计方法

摘    要:结合我国航空发动机精铸叶片模具设计的现状,研究开发基于EDS Unigraphics 14.0(UGII)的航空发动机精铸模具无纸化系统的核心--叶片铸件实体综合数据模型,本方法在某型航空发动机涡轮叶片的模具生产中已得到实际应用,并取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Ever higher requirements on performance of aero engine turbine blade make it imperative for China to develop paperless technology for designing its precision casting mould. Integrated data model, we believe, is the core of such technology. Fig.2 shows the data flow chart of the integrated data model we developed; the platform used in our model is UG V14.0, a product of EDS Unigraphics Division. This model integrates geometric model of turbine blade, tolerance information, and necessary explanatory notes as a unity. Thus the design, we believe, can be entirely paperless. Our integrated data model has been successfully applied recently to designing precision casting mould of a turbine blade.
