我国煤层气产业发展问题分析

我国煤层气产业发展虽然已逐步进入煤层气地面勘探开发阶段，有一些企业从多方面从事煤层气产业相关研究和勘探开发，但发展至今煤层气产业仍集中在以解决煤矿瓦斯事故为主的模式上，地面勘探开发利用效果较差。从我国煤层气产业发展的现状分析认为，煤层气产业发展缓慢不是我国复杂的地形和地质条件问题，也不是勘探开发技术问题，关键是改革创新问题。解决问题的突破点是平衡好政府、企业各方的经济利益，应做到统筹各方，建立政府指导、多方联动、整装勘查、探采一体、企业运作的新机制，这样才能改变产业发展滞缓的现状。

An analysis of the constraints on Chinese coalbed methane industry development

The development of the coalbed methane (CBM) gas industry is related to the facilitation of harmony between economy and society, especially the resources thrift and eco-friendly society in China. Although many enterprises have gone in for the related studies of CBM and even started its exploration and development, the present CBM industry is still at the status focusing on preventing gas explosions in coal mines, with bad results in exploration and exploitation. From the status analysis of the CBM gas industry, we consider that the constraints on Chinese CBM industry development are neither the complicated geological conditions nor the E & D technologies, but the idea of innovation and reform, the breakthrough points of which are to keep the balance of benefits between the government and the involved businesses, to have an overall plan under the supervise of government, to do geological research and survey as a joint campaign, and to integrate the exploration with the recovery under the enterprise functioning management.
