| 摘 要： | 探讨了在全国智能小区及智能住宅的建设浪潮日益高涨的同时,独立式乡间别墅对智能化的潜在需求和实施智能化的方法;指出为实现乡间别墅能具有一定的"智慧型"功能,并能适应信息时代发展的需要,应该引进家庭弱电控制箱及家居综合布线方式,并应推行"实用为主,适当超前"的原则.

| Abstract: | The potential demand of intelligent country villas and the methods to realize it at that time of rapid
development of intelligent district residential buildings in our country were discussed, and meanwhile it was put for-
ward that it is necessary for us to employ household weak current control box and household premises distribution
syslem under the principle of "Practical and Popular" in order to construct intelligent country villas and make it fit for the trend of times during its life cycle. |
