| 摘 要： | 论述了不同建筑形式的平面，竖向和局部抗震布置及措施，解决了建筑形式与结构抗震要求上美观与功能的矛盾关系，有效地提高了建筑物抗震能力，指出抗震概念设计是砖混结构住宅的重要抗震设计方法。

| Abstract: | The plane, vertical and local earthquake-resistant layout and measures of different architecture styles are studied. Not only the aesthetic and functional ambivalent relation between architecture styles and structure earthquake-resistant demands are solved but also building earthquake-resistant capacity is improved. Finally in this paper, the writer points out that earthquake-resistant concept design is the more important earthquake-resistant design method for brick masonry structures. |
