双机架紧凑式炉卷轧机板形控制研究

摘    要:介绍了昆明钢铁公司的双机架紧凑式炉卷轧机的布置形式以及其板形控制设备与工艺。在现有控制模型下,提出了采用传统计算方法、有限元计算(采用大型通用有限元软件MSC.Marc)、经验估计与对比三者相结合的设计流程设计计算轧辊辊型。实际生产结果表明,该方法能较准确而迅速地设计出轧辊辊型。

Abstract:The paper introduced arrangement form,flatness control equipment and craft of a pair of framework compactness type steckel mill of the Kunming Iron and Steel Group Co.Ltd to.Under the existing model of controlling,the design procedure that combine the traditional computing technology,the FEM(use the CAE simulation software package-MSC.Marc) and experience together is put forward to designs and calculates the roller type.The practical data indicates,this method can design the roller type rapidly and accurately.
