| 摘 要： | 科学技术与道德的关系问题,实质是手段与利益的关系问题,是"工具合理性"与"价值合理性"的问题.科技法律和科技道德的价值取向各有侧重,前者侧重客观规律性,后者的主观性更强;前者重"他律",后者重"自律";前者侧重规范人的外部行为,后者侧重制约人的内心活动;前者强调权利与义务的对等和一致性,后者专注义务的要求.

| Abstract: | The issue concerning the relationship between science and technology and moral is,in its nature,an issue concerning the relationship between measure and interest as well as an issue concerning the rationality of facility and that of value.The value-direction of science and technology law and that of science and technology moral have different emphasis.The former emphasizes objective rules while the latter emphasizes subjectiveness.The former relies on outside discipline while the latter relies on self-discipline.The former mainly regulates people's action while the latter mainly regulates the inner activities.The former emphasizes on the reciprocity and coherence of rights and obligations while the latter focuses on the requirements for obligations. |
