摘    要:光电开关式传感器在工作过程中容易受到外界自然光线和工业强光的干扰,从而降低了这种开关式传感器的工作可靠性。基于数字链路循环码的开关量传感器对光回路的感测信息要求具有严格的数字时序关系。由于在自然界和工业现场通常不可能存在类似的干扰信号。因此,这种数字链路循环码式开关量传感器具有很高的可靠性。特别是在信号捕捉方式下工作时几乎不可能被干扰。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of the photoelectric switch type sensor and its anti-jamming ability to the outside natural rays and industrial highlight, this paper presents a photoelectric sensor based on the light digital link cyclic code type is presented. In the light link of this sensor, a set of digital information is used to substitute for the DC light information or the DC modulated light information of conventional sensor. And the sensing devices implements strict digital sequential detection of the digital information. As this digital information hardly exists in the nature and industrial field, it is impossible to make interference to the light link. Therefore, the digital link cyclic code type photoelectric sensor is of high reliability and especially is not susceptible to the interferences at thein signal capture mode.
