| Abstract: | One of the technical framework being suitable to apply in insurance intermediary industry for Customer Relational Management System is studied and practice through introduction of business of insurance intermediary industry. The actions and the application approaches of the relative techniques such as system integration, data transformation, data warehouse, decision support system and etc. in designing Customer Relational Management System are presented in this paper. |
